Sheryl's hand-constructed ceramics are reflective of the marshes and forests of the Lowcountry of South Carolina and often merge natural elements and stoneware creating dramatic yet functional three-dimensional constructions. She also "plays" with kinetic art using wire and stoneware to create whimsical constructinos which are also functional pieces. Her work can be seen at the SoBA Gallery in Bluffton, SC, the Plufff Mudd Art Gallery in Bluffton, SC and the museum shop at the Jepson Center of the Telfair Museums in Savannah, GA.
